"The road is cur- <br /> rently being brought up to code, " <br /> Mr, Greelish stated distances from on-site septic t <br /> abutting wells are not- legible, therefore motioned to con- <br /> tinue this variance request pending clarification of dis- <br /> tances on plans. <br /> . Emergency Repair Certi fiation Great Neck Rd, So4. - <br /> Mr. McQuaid stated upon .inspection the pit was full. "We are <br /> awaiting the repair plan," "There are no existing wells <br /> within loot radius of the proposed system." <br /> . Evans questioned the Board as to whether engineered <br /> plans are required as this is a commercial establishment, <br /> Mr. Greelish recommended public water hookup to thefa- <br /> cility and suitably prepared plans approved by Mr. Evans. <br /> Board members agreed and forwarded their signatures to <br /> the "Emergency RepairCertification" form. <br /> *****NEW BUSINESS***** <br /> C m l a i nt "Purity Supremell <br /> Mr, Greelish relayed he spoke with the complaintant who <br /> was concerned with the refrigeration units containing the ice. <br /> cream. <br /> Mr* McQuaid stated he did • ,nspect the ice cream in the <br /> refrigeration units.
