APPOINTMENT: Robin Tuffias - Proposed Stable Ms. Tuffias and Mr. Blakeman were in attendance for pre- liminary discussion. Ms, Tuffias presented preliminary plans before the Board and stated she is proposing to construct a stable and dwell- ing in the New Seabur area for recreational trail rides.
