"AsherF's Heights Deer. Corp is requesting to re-perc an additional 15 lots. " "The owner was informed the lots were not released from covenant by the Planning Board as drainage and road work has not been completed. " "They are allowed to build -on 27 lots this year,. " 11Mr. DeDecl o did submit in writing he would be held responsible should the lots not be released by the Planning Board.
