' <br /> I explained .to the participants this Board was <br /> researching experimental ruck systems but world prefer ap- <br /> plicants do not apply in +environmei tally sensitive areas, " <br /> "Mr. Gordon stated he did not feel it was appropriate' this <br /> system should even be considered for the area. " <br /> Mr, McQuaid commented, all abutters were notified of the <br /> . initial public hearing. "Tiffs Board received no written or <br /> verbal objections at that time, " <br /> Mr. Greelish directedMr, McQuaid to forward a letter to <br /> D. .P. with a copy to the engineer informing them this Board <br /> has granted conceptual approval for installation of the <br /> "Ruck" system pending their comments and/or concurrence. <br /> .
