Greelish motioned to issue a 1992 Food Establishment license to the establishment known as the "Picnic Boxy' with the stipulation no fresh produce is sold within the confines of the property and the owner- shall comply with the current State Plumbing Code, Mr. Doherty seconded, all agreed. APPOINTMENT: Brian Kane - Transfer Station violation Mr. Kane failed to appear for the hear.nq as requested. Mr. Ball motioned to direct the Health Agent to issue $300.00 illegal dumping citation to Mr. Brian Kane., Mir. Doherty seconded, all agreed. . APPOINTMENT: Scott Goldstein/Hill - 5 Clamshell Addition Mr. Goldstein and Mr. and Mrs. Hill, (owners of the property) , were in attendance for this scheduled appointment. Mr. McQuaid relayed the Hillfs are proposing to repair the roof on their cottage and while in the process would like to increase their habitable space. Mr. Greelish informed Mr. & Mrs. Dill this Board's pol icy is to ensure a Title v system is in puce for any in- crease in habitable space. Mr. McQuaid relayed the existing system consists of an old handmade cesspool 351 from the waters edge, 'The owners have agreed to install a Title V system however cannot main- tain 1001 from their existing well, " 'IT he owners have agreed tosign a statement agreeing to tie into publid water once available," Mr. Goldstein stated they. are not proposing a second story level, Mr. Greelish stated- given the proximity 6f the wetlands and abutting wells this Board would require an engineer's de- termination as to where the system would be sited. Discussion took place regarding possible tie-in ofpub- lic. water to abutting lots once available* Mr, McQuaid aid recommended the Hi l l f s retain an engineer to design a Title v systems as far away from abutting wells as possibl. .
