Supe inten- lip dent to discuss the school addition. "Questions were raised as to who would be connecting the water service and discon- nection and abandonment of the old well. " "Cafeteria work was unclear and lead sampling from the plumbing fixtures is necessary," "The engineers are 'requesting a letter from the Board of Health to the School Building Committee stating plans were reviewed and approved." Mr, Greelish directedthe Agent to forward a letter to the School Building Committee informing them Board of Health approval for the septic system design is conditional upon ad- dressing all Health Agents concerns. r - P Mr, Ball motioned to -approve septic plans for -"the iashpee Middle School addition with the stipulation all Death Agents concerns, have been addressed, r. Incident rev ort - Gordon Green Mfr, cQuaid' relaed, Mr, Diaggio reported Mr, Gordon Green has not been adhering to Transfer Station regulations. "An incident report isforthcoming, " Mr. Greelish directed the Agent to forward a letter of warning to Mr. Green once the incident report has been re- ceived. e- ceived. Transfer Station/landfill temporary--pa-se Board members agreed to request the Town Clerk's atten- dance at an upcoming meeting to discuss one day passes and landfill cards/stickers.
