MINUTES November 1 ,, 1992 5 BOARD of HEALTH <br /> 12, ) _ extension re uest. Heinlock Mr. <br /> McQuaid relayed this was an emergency repair which was autho- <br /> rized July 23, 1991. "For financial reasons the owner was <br /> unable to have the repair work done.." "The installer is re- <br /> questing the Board's consideration in extending the validity <br /> of the emergency repair per-mit so that the work can be com- <br /> pleted. " <br /> oni-pleted. " <br /> Ir. Doherty motioned to grant a 10 day extension from <br /> this date, Mr, Ball seconded, all agreed. <br /> APPOINTMENT: Jack Larders- Cauley - 206 Wading Place <br /> Mr. Jack Landers-cauley and fir. John Rodenhizer were in <br /> attendance for this scheduled appointment. <br /> i <br /> Mr. Landers-Cauley presented -revisedtplan.s .s r queste <br /> by this Board and relayed, the Conservation Commission agent <br /> did verify the wetlands delineation. " ' The owner is request- <br /> ing a variance from the 1001 wetlands requirement. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid commented the proposed leachinj facility is <br /> located 701 from the edge of .the wetlands. <br /> Mr. Greelish expressed his concern with the nitrogen <br /> overloading in the area and the precedent that may be set if <br /> this Board were to approve the variance request, "The owner <br /> is proposing to increase the size of the structure and the <br /> potential l f low on the property. " <br /> Mr. McQuaid commented, "if this were a vacant lot it <br /> would be rendered unbuildable" . "Variances are granted on ars <br /> emergency repair basks only and the owner is required to sign <br /> an affidavit -stating there will be no increase the habitable <br /> space. <br /> .
