Conditioned that the Order of Conditions has been received by the applicant and <br /> recorded as outlined. <br /> Mr. Goldstein, second. <br /> Mr. Gould, yes <br /> Mr. Blaisdell, yes <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes <br /> All were in favor to issue the Written Finding for the subject project. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> 39 Wilsons Grove: Don Bliss requests an informal discussion. Board to determine if the <br /> request is considered a minor administrative approval to the Variance (V-2018-06). <br /> Don said he wasn't involved with the design process, but he thought that there would be <br /> parking under the house. However, the structural engineer concluded that there can only <br /> be parking on one side. Don said his request is to eliminate the deck that runs across the <br /> front of the building, and the stairs go down the side. He would like to put in a standard <br /> platform out the front door and have the stairs go down the front of the house. It will be <br /> less non-conforming because the stairs on the side of the house encroaching toward the <br /> wetlands. He said he will eliminate the side stairs. He asked if this is something the Board <br /> can rule on or does it require a formal meeting. <br /> Ron asked if there was a revised plan. Don said that Steve Cook was not available to <br /> provide a formal set of plans. <br /> Don said that the platform is 4 ft. wide, extends around the corner, and the stairs are <br /> situated along the side of the house. <br /> Jonathan asked if the footprint is changing. Don said he is changing the footprint slightly, <br /> but it will be reduced because they will eliminate 70% of the deck that goes around the <br /> front. Jonathan wants a new plan because of the changes made to the front, and side. <br /> Mr. Blaisdell said that this is an informal discussion,but you will need to return for a <br /> minor modification. <br /> 4 <br />
