MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JULY 10,2019 <br /> Scott made a motion to approve 31 Mercantile Way, Owners, Four Square Development, <br /> LLC request a Special Permit under §§174-24 (C), 174-25 (G) (4) (6) (14), and §174-41 <br /> (M) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of an industrial use (contractor bays) <br /> building in the I-1 Zoning District, Map 88 Parcel 88, Mashpee, MA, with the following <br /> conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan: 31 Mercantile Way, Mashpee, MA. The existing eight trees and vegetation are to remain onsite. <br /> Mr. Gould seconded <br /> Mr. Ganzenmuller, yes, <br /> Mr. Reiffarth, yes, <br /> Mr. Furbush, yes. <br /> All were in favor of the Special Permit to allow construction of an industrial building. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> 123 Shore Drive: Informal request to discuss a minor change to a previously approved <br /> plan. Case# SP-2019-16. <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane represented the Thomas family to discuss the minor change <br /> request. The Board did approve the raze and replace project on this site. The applicants <br /> applied for a building permit but the permit was held up because the homeowners want to <br /> substitute a sono tube with a cement foundation on a portion of the building under a porch. <br /> Charlie Maintanis, Building Inspector wanted to bring this in front of the Board because <br /> this change was not something submitted at the time approved. Attorney Kirrane said that <br /> the Board has approved these cosmetic changes in the past, and there is no change in the <br /> footprint. <br /> 3 <br />
