Taylor; Department of Public Works Director <br /> Catherine Laurent; Natural Resources Director Richard York <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Collins at 9:00 a.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Popponesset Meeting Room <br /> MINUTES <br /> February 5, 2019: <br /> Motion made by Mr. Richardson to approve the minutes of February 5, 2019, as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Gasior. <br /> VOTE: 6-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Collins, yes Ms. DeBoer, yes Mr. Gottlieb,yes <br /> Mr. Gasior, yes Mr. Richardson, yes Ms. Thayer, yes <br /> Opposed, none <br /> Electric Cars (Item moved up in the Agenda) <br /> Chair Rodney Collins asked that the Committee defer action on this item until Fiscal Year 2021. There <br /> was no objection from any of the members. <br /> Discussion of Department of Natural Resources Building at OckwaV Boat Ramp Parking Lot at 664 Great <br /> Neck Road North <br /> Mr. Collins presented to the Committee a memo from the Planning and Construction Committee that <br /> recommended that the Capital Improvement Committee not fund the entire project but rather <br /> appropriate funding for a needs analysis, review of alternate sites, and development of a conceptual <br /> plan with a cost estimate for a Department of Natural Resources Building. The Town Manager also <br /> further stated that since the Planning and Construction ("P & C") Committee has not recommended <br /> the project it is difficult to bring it forward at this time to Town Meeting. Mr. Gottlieb asked what the <br /> P & C Committee's scope is with regard to the siting and esthetics of the building to which Mr. Gasior <br /> responded that the scope is in the Town Charter. <br />
