Vote 5-0 unanimous. UPDATE: Horsley Witten Group-Upper Quashnet Restoration - The Agent met with Neal Price of Horsley Witten to discuss the project scope and overall conceptual approach for restoring the Upper Quashnet River. The Agent provided all available documentation on the Upper Quashnet bogs/river for the consultant's reference. More updates to come. UPDATE: The Agent informed the commission that Cynthia Bartos resumes her position of Admin Assistant for the Conservation Dept and DNR on July 1 rst. HEARINGS 6:00 p.m. Susan Sylligardos, 184 Fells Pond Rd (NOI): Proposed addition to existing home, hardscaping, landscaping, hazardous tree removal, vista pruning, new stairs, ramp and dock. The applicant described the project. This project had a previously issued order of conditions for all of the proposed work; however, it was never recorded at the Registry of Deeds and has since expired. Some of the vista pruning had taken place. None of the other work took place since the last permit was issued. The Agent requested some additional information from the applicant, including a revised assessment of tree health from an arborist and submission of a mitigation landscape plan.
