<br /> Joan Lyons motioned to approve the Regular Meeting minutes of March 12, 2019 as presented.

<br /> active/successful/strong Friends of the Library group, loyal residents and patrons, excellent customer service,
<br /> Native American collection, current/robust/interactive website, outreach/communication(website, digital
<br /> signage, flyers/pamphlets,Mashpee Enterprise column, e-newsletter)
<br /> Strengths chosen as most important: extensive programming, exceptional leadership/talented staff, up-to-date
<br /> technology, network membership.(CLAMS).
<br /> Opportunities: Center of civic life, gathering point/building community,technology assistance-resources,
<br /> continuing education(lifelong learning), expand home delivery, promote library as more than books, library of
<br /> things, collaboration with local businesses, career training/job fairs, info for new residents, cultural events,

<br /> inclusion, partnering with Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe.
