Changes were made in Subsection B, E and 1. <br /> Subsection A. also clarifies the ownership of the property. Mary Waygan, Planning:hoard Chair indicated <br /> the proposed Bylaw under Subsection A states: On an annual basis coinciding with the initial date of issuance of <br /> the Building Permit, the property owner shall submit to the:wilding Inspector sufficient evidence to demonstrate <br /> occupancy of the principal dwelling unit. This action allows flexibility to the Building Inspector to ensure the <br /> owner is actually residing at the property <br /> As the matter was discussed it was the agreement of the Board of Selectmen to further define the language <br /> regarding ownership to include the appropriate trustee, managing principal of an LLC or management structure. <br /> It was agreed the additional language would be further reviewed by the Board of Selectmen at their August 22, <br />
