Selectman Gottlieb, yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes Selectman er n.,yes Opposed, none Article#25 Accessory Apartment _ *New version of Article to reflect amendments recommended by the Plannin oardw Correspondence from.the Town Planner dated.August 13, 2019 outlined the unanimous recommendations of the Planning Board regarding the proposed Accessory Apartment Bylaw. Changes were made in Subsection B, E and 1. Subsection A. also clarifies the ownership of the property. Mary Waygan, Planning:hoard Chair indicated the proposed Bylaw under Subsection A states: On an annual basis coinciding with the initial date of issuance of the Building Permit, the property owner shall submit to the:wilding Inspector sufficient evidence to demonstrate occupancy of the principal dwelling unit. This action allows flexibility to the Building Inspector to ensure the owner is actually residing at the property As the matter was discussed it was the agreement of the Board of Selectmen to further define the language regarding ownership to include the appropriate trustee, managing principal of an LLC or management structure. It was agreed the additional language would be further reviewed by the Board of Selectmen at their August 22,
