No recommendation, <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cotton, no Selectman O'Hara, no <br /> Selectman Sherman, yes Opposed, (2), <br /> Richard York, Director of Natural Resources indicated that most residents do not want jet-skis on Ashumet Pond. <br /> The Town of Falmouth cannot enforce the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts unless the Town of <br /> Mashpee uses the same language of the bylaw. Approval does not preclude the use of Jet skis, in other areas. <br /> It was recommended the residents of Ashumet Pond receive certified mail to be fully aware of this intent with the <br /> ability to respond. <br /> Article 9.- Department of Natural Resources —To allow the Board of Selectmen to mak-e Mooring <br /> Regulations without changing the Mashpee Town Code. <br /> Motion made by Selectman Cotton to recommend approval of Article 929 on the October warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE; Unanimous. 4-0., <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Opposed, none <br /> ,Axticle#30: Petition Article—To vote to exclude current Town Employees from serving on Elected Boards. <br /> Motion made by Selectman O'Hara to reject Article#30 on the October warrant. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman. <br /> VOTE-.
