<br /> The DPW may promulgate rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this bylaw. Failure by
<br /> the DPW top romulgate such rules and regulations shall not have the effect of suspending or
<br /> invalidating this bylaw.
<br /> Prohibited Activities
<br /> A. Illicit Discharges. Noperson shall dum,p, discharge, cause or allow to be discharged
<br /> any pollutant or non-storm iter discharge into the municipal separate storm sewer
<br /> system (MS4), into a watercourse, or into the waters of the Commonwealth.
