�rr^• 9Town <br /> si .. <br /> MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 28,2019 <br /> The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held Public Hearings on Wednesday, August 28, <br /> 2019, at 6:00 p.m. in the Waquoit Room at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road <br /> North. Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Scott <br /> Goldstein, Associate Members, Sharon Sangeleer, James Reiffarth, and George <br /> Ganzenmuller were present. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were <br /> being televised live on Mashpee TV. Board Members, Ron Bonvie and Norman Gould <br /> were absent. <br /> Sitting on this hearing are three regular Board Members, and Associate Members, Jim <br /> Reiffarth and George Ganzenmuller. Sharon Sangeleer recused herself from these two <br /> hearings, and left the conference room. <br /> 413 Nathan Ellis Highway (Route 151): Petitioner, Industria Development Group, Inc. <br /> requests a Special Permit under §174-24, and §174-25 E (1)to allow for construction of a <br /> 9,975 sq. ft. retail use commercial building together with accessory parking on property <br /> located in a C-2 Zoning District, (Map 72 Parcel 56A), Mashpee, MA. (Owner of record: <br /> Robert A. Lebewohl Family Trust 1980).
