Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, Ronald <br /> Bonvie, Scott Goldstein,Norman J. Gould and Associate Members Sharon Sangeleer and <br /> James Reiffarth were present. Building Inspector, Charlie Maintanis was also present. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were <br /> being televised live on Mashpee TV. <br /> 115 Summersea Road: Owners, Martin A. and Lorraine A. Clayman request a Written <br /> Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a deck extension to a pre- <br /> existing,non-conforming structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning District,Map 105 <br /> Parcel 72, Mashpee; MA. <br /> The Clayman's represented themselves for the deck project. There existing deck is in <br /> disrepair and they would like to replace and expand it to accommodate their needs. The <br /> existing deck is located at the ground level, and is not near the septic system. The deck will <br /> be extended 2.5 ft. toward the rear and will be about 10 ft. wider. Mr. Clayman hired a <br /> contractor that said the existing structure is safe enough to extend. <br /> The Board noticed that the lot coverage is well under the 20%, and the setback on the rear <br /> is remaining at 15 ft. They had no issues with the project. <br /> Sharon read the Board of Health, and Conservation comments into the record. Charlie <br /> Maintanis, Building Inspector has no issues with the deck. <br /> There were no comments from the audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issues a Written Finding to Martin A. and Lorraine A. <br /> Clayman request a Written Finding under §174-17 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for a <br /> deck extension to a pre-existing, non-conforming structure on property located in an R-3 <br /> Zoning District, Map 105 Parcel 72, Mashpee, MA, with the following conditions; <br /> 1 <br />
