6. Contractor shall provide a separate office trailer with utilities for all transactions and <br /> activities related to its operations on the License Area. Staff at the Transfer Station <br /> gatehouse shall direct customers to this office. Contractor shall obtain all applicable <br /> permits and approvals for siting this office trailer. <br /> 7. Contractor shall provide security gates at the internal entrance and exit to the Transfer <br /> Station to prevent unauthorized access to the Transfer Station when it's closed. See <br /> attached overview map. <br /> 8. Contractor may accept grass clippings, leaves, and brush/stumps from landscaping <br /> companies or individual property owners. Materials available for sale shall be limited to <br /> mulch, topsoil, compost, firewood, and aggregate. <br /> 9. Transfer Station sticker holders shall continue to have unlimited access to the License <br /> Area for disposal of grass clippings and leaves throughout the year as well as limited <br /> disposal of brush (two barrels). At the Town's discretion,the limit on brush may be <br /> temporarily lifted after significant storm events for sticker holders. <br /> 10. Finished compost produced from yard waste collected from Transfer Station sticker <br /> holders shall remain the property of the Town. At the Town's discretion, this compost <br /> may be offered at no charge to sticker holders, may be utilized by the DPW or may be <br /> sold to Contractor at a price to be determined. <br /> 11. Contractor shall provide a location within the License Area for the DPW to continue to <br /> tip wood chips. These wood chips shall be made available at no charge to Transfer <br /> Station sticker holders. <br /> 12. Contractor may install a sign at the entrance to the Transfer Station. The sign shall not <br /> exceed 6 square feet and shall list the business name, hours of operation, and a <br /> telephone number. Contractor shall obtain all applicable permits for the sign. Location <br /> of the sign shall be approved by the Town. <br /> 13. Contractor shall post a sign at the office trailer listing the fees for the commercial <br /> operation on the License Area. The sign shall also state what use is allowed for Transfer <br /> Station sticker holders. <br /> 14. Contractor shall pay to the Town a fee in consideration of its use and occupancy of the <br /> License Area, as specified herein, as follows: <br /> FY20 10/1/19--6/30/20 $3,500.00 per month <br /> 2 <br />
