<br /> Dear Chairwoman Stevenson,
<br /> It is with sadness and hesitation I write to you today. Due to my inability to find consistent childcare
<br /> for our meetings, I am resigning from the Mashpee Inclusion and Diversity Committee. For the past
<br /> several months I have been unsuccessful in replacing my previous occasional daytime sitter with a
<br /> reliable alternative. I am very sad having to do this however I know my absence or distracted
<br /> presence (when I've had to bring one of my children)is not benefitting the committee. Therefore by
<br /> relinquishing my position, It can then be filled by someone who has the means and same passion to
<br /> serve their community..
<br /> I am extremely proud of the work we have done thus far and will arrays be available to help with any
<br /> projects or events in the future. It is my hope_that I will be able to continue serving my community in
<br /> new gays that accommodate my family's current schedule.
<br /> Marie,you are a fearless leader. Although there may be things we disagree on, I have the upmost
<br /> respect for you and admire your dedication to this committee and our community, Thank you for
<br /> giving me.the opportunity to work with you and all the other amazing members of our committee.
