Kevin Shackett and Jill Allen <br /> Members Absent: Richard Halpern. <br /> Others Present: Leila Botsford, Executive Director <br /> List of documents and other exhibits used at the meeting and retained at the Authority's <br /> office: <br /> • Minutes of the meeting held June 27, 2019 <br /> • Warrants for June &July 2019 <br /> • Year-end reports and certifications <br /> • FISH 172047 Letter of recommendation <br /> • FISH 172048 Letter of recommendation <br /> • RCAT contract <br /> DECISIONS MADVACTIONS TAKEN ARE IN BOLD <br /> The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:05 PM. A quorum was declared with the following <br /> members present: Fran Laporte, Kevin Shackett, Lisa Meizinger and Jill Allen. Also in <br /> attendance: Leila Botsford, Executive Director. Richard Halpern was absent. <br /> SECRETARY'S REPORT: Minutes for the meeting held on June 27, 2019 were sent to <br /> members before the meeting. A motion was made by Lisa Meizinger and seconded by Kevin <br /> Shackett to accept the minutes as presented. The motion carried. <br /> FISCAL YEAR-END REPORTS AND CERTIFICATIONS: Mrs. Botsford presented the <br /> warrants for signature which are for the month of June and July 2019 and total as follows: June - <br /> $101,045.1 1 for 4001, $44,013.00 for MRVP, $32,613.43 for Asher's Path Apartments, <br /> $8,543.40 for HAP, and$11,940.16 for Great Cove Community; July - $36,355.59 for 4001, <br /> $43,097,00 for MRVP, $34,666.02 for Asher's Path Apartments, $10,042.69 for HAP, and <br /> $11,803.93 for Great Cove Community <br /> She provided the board with the Fee Accountant's Fiscal 2019 Year-end report package <br /> including the Certification of Top Five Compensation, Certification of Compliance with <br /> Notification Procedures for Federal and State Lead Paint Laws and year-end certifications. Mrs. <br /> Botsford reviewed all of the reports in detail and mentioned that the Top 5 Compensation Form <br /> is correct with the exception of the last column "5change in Base Salary +Mgmt.
