Dick Cook seconded. All voted <br /> unanimously in favor. <br /> Shellfish Constable Report: <br /> Enforcement <br /> Shellfish Patrol Hours: 171 <br /> Contaminated Area Checks: 99 <br /> Shellfish Permit Checks: 347 <br /> Shellfish Seed Checks: 192 <br /> Shellfish Aquaculture(Grant) checks: 7 <br /> Vibrio compliance checks: 3 <br /> In August, the total of 171 hours of shellfish patrols included 99 contaminated area checks, 324 <br /> recreational shellfish license checks, 169 recreational seed checks, 23 commercial license and <br /> seed checks, 7 Shellfish Aquaculture marker and gear checks, and 3 vibrio compliance checks. <br /> (In addition,for the Harbormaster, 1 vessel was recovered, and 1 overloaded vessel stopped.) <br /> Thefts in Popponesset Bay continue to occur despite the deployment of 9 high quality game <br /> cameras some with Wi-Fi capability. Richard Cook's aquaculture site in Popponesset Bay had "I <br /> over 4,000 pieces taken from it during the night between 2100-0200 his. Night patrols became <br /> necessary on 4 separate occasions with no action seen. <br />
