They unanimously <br /> approved, and sent to the State. Mr. Sweet asked if it's a rubber stamp thing, Agent said he <br /> thinks it's going to be discussed in detail because the abutters (MA Fish and Wildlife & <br /> Trustees and Reservations) do not agree with the swap and have some concerns. Mr. McKay <br /> asked if the agent would be attending any state discussions. The Agent said it's out of our <br /> hands. Mr. Sweet said it feels like we lost our voice. The Agent explained we really aren't part <br /> of this next step,we've done our part in the process. Mr.Sweet asked if we get the opportunity <br /> to tell our side of the story, the Agent said he really isn't sure. <br /> HEARINGS: <br /> 6:00 Steven D. &Michelle H. Herwald, LLC,2 Summersea Road. Proposed reconstruction of pier, NOI <br /> ramp, and float with addition of a platform and mitigation plantings. Continued from 8122 and <br /> 9112:detailed mitigation plan required. <br /> Michael Borselli from Falmouth Engineering and Emma Vautour from Blue Flax Design <br /> represented the applicant and submitted a comprehensive buffer mitigation plan with native <br /> planting. The mitigation size and shape is exactly the same as previously approved. They <br /> increased the size of the vegetative buffer. Mr. Sweet asked if the owner has reviewed and is <br /> comfortable with the plan. Emma said yes. The agent said this shows the detail of what is <br /> proposed if the Commission approves the wider platform. The exchange in this case may result <br /> in a net benefit of providing a buffer at the top of coastal bank. He agreed the planting list looks <br />
