<br /> application of Mashpee Oriental, Inc., d/b/a Asia Palace, located at 3 Greene Street, Mashpee,
<br /> MA 02649, Mei Na Ko, President and Director, for the following transfers of stock;
<br /> Transfer of 5% Common Stock from Mei Na Ko, President and Director and 5% Common Stock
<br /> from Michelle Shepard, Shareholder to Youxiang Wang, Shareholder;
<br /> Transfer of 10% Common Stock from Jenny Shum, Shareholder to Fang Yan Ren, Shareholder
