<br /> Motion made by Selectman Cotton to approve the Regular & Executive Session minutes of
<br /> Monday, October 7, 2019 and Monday, October 21,2019 as presented.
<br /> Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman.

<br /> Public Hearing• Transfer of Common Stock, Mashpee Oriental, Inc., d/b/a Asia Palace, Mei Na Ko,
<br /> President and Director, 3 Greene Street, Mashpee, MA:
<br /> Acting as the Licensing Authority for the Town of Mashpee,the Board of Selectmen opened the Public
<br /> Hearing on the application of Mashpee Oriental, Inc., d/b/a Asia Palace, located at 3 Greene Street,
<br /> Mashpee, Mei Na Ko, President and Director.
<br /> Mei Na Ko was in attendance with her attorney Wei Jia to discuss the Transfer of Stock as follows;
<br /> Transfer of 5% Common Stock from Mei Na Ko, President& Director and 5% Common Stock from
<br /> Michelle Shepard, Shareholder to Youxiang Wang, Shareholder; Transfer of 10% Common Stock from
<br /> Jenny Shum, Shareholder to Fang Yan Ren, Shareholder. The financial contribution is $60,000
<br /> There are not changes to the management or operation of the subject establishment.
<br /> The Board of Selectmen opened the Hearing to solicit comment. Being none, the Board motioned as
<br /> follows;
<br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to close the Public Hearing.
<br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara.
