Nichols <br /> Attendees: Members: Brian Mauro, Donald MacDonald, Mike Rapacz, Barbara Nichols <br /> Guests: <br /> The minutes of the September 24, 2019 meeting were accepted as written after a motion by Brian Mauro <br /> and second by Mike Rapacz. <br /> Agenda topics <br /> [Agenda topic ]. Lake'level/River outflow <br /> Discussion: Barbara took the lake measurements on October lst and 15t". The lake was at 55.3 and 55.4 <br /> feet above sea level with 13 and 15 inches of water flowing over the board and 10 and 12 inches of water <br /> in the stream by the stairs. During the past month, 4.4 inches of rain was measured in Barbara's rain <br /> gauge. Levels were reported to Drew McManus in Conservation. <br /> Drew reported that he had cleared the path back 5 feet wide. He also cleaned both gauges so they can be <br /> read although the metal gauge is faded and hard to read. <br /> Conclusions: The lake level dropped to 55.3 feet above sea level before rising again. The path has been <br /> cleared <br /> [Agenda topic 2] Fall Newsletter <br /> Discussion: Barbara has the Fall Newsletter completed with Brian's article on mooring sticks, which she <br /> presented to the group. A couple of corrections were noted. Barbara will send the newsletter to Jeff <br /> Smith, Harbormaster for his approval before sending it on to the Town Manager. After final approval it <br /> will be printed and available on the town web site. <br /> Conclusions: The fall newsletter is completed, and will be sent for the Harbormaster's approval before <br /> sending on to the Town Manager. <br />
