While we would have <br /> liked for the Board to agree with our opinion of value in all cases, we accept the decision <br /> of the Board for all the parcels including those parcels for which no change in value was <br /> approved. <br /> We recognize that our applications were numerous and that the factors bearing on the <br /> value of the parcels, in many cases, were quite complex.
