Raymond submitted the definitive plan. Mr . Dubin states that this had <br /> approval and was ready for signature . Mr . Jonas commented that he was not <br /> familiar with the plan. Mr . Raymond advised that the plan had been sub- <br /> mitted with the subdivision plan and had not been acted upon. Mr . Jonas <br /> offered that this particular plan was an A/N/R. Mr . Collins made the <br /> motion to accept the plan. Ms . Stone seconded the motion and all voted <br /> in favor . Mr. Jonas signed the plan on behalf of the Board . <br /> Petitioner : Rogers & Marney <br /> Submitted By : William Nye <br /> Type of Plan : Definitive <br /> Location: East Side Route 28 <br /> Fee : Previously Paid <br /> Mr . Nye presented the definitive plan which had last been reviewed on <br /> June 19th, at which time it was approved . Mr . Nye presented the covenant <br /> to the Board . Motion was made by Mr. Collins to sign the plan. Motion <br /> was seconded by Mr . Jonas and all voted in favor. All member signed the <br /> plan. It will now be held until August 7th when the 20 day appeal period <br /> expires , at which time it will be submitted to the Town Clerk for signature . <br /> Petitioner : Otis/Atwood Estate <br /> Submitted By : William Nye <br /> Type of Plan: Definitive <br /> Location: W. of Central & Lowell Roads , E . of Asher Path <br /> Fee : $765 . 00 <br /> Mr . Nye presented the definitive plan and requested a date be set for <br /> a Public Hearing . Mr . Dubin stated Mr . Nye would be notified of a date <br /> after the Board had conferred with Mr . Rowley. <br /> Petitioner : Anita and Donald Mackinnon <br /> Submitted By: Anita and Donald Mackinnon <br /> Type of Plan: Discussion <br /> Location: Route 28 near Augat ' s <br /> Fee : None <br /> The Mackinnons ' presented a 1975 approved subdivision plan. They wanted <br /> to determine if the Board would react favorably to abandoning the present <br /> plan and consolidating the parcels into one large parcel upon which one <br /> building would be erected with ample parking facilities . Mr . Ferragamo <br /> cautioned that there could be conservation problems in doing this due <br /> to the enactment of Chapter 31 since the subdivision' s original approval . <br /> The Board stated that the Mackinnons should consider adequate access . <br />
