The developer has agreed to operate it until <br /> build out. They share the budget with the homeowners association and there will be a transition <br /> r period to turn it over to them. The Bond gets assumed by the association. <br />'4 <br /> Torn asked, assuming Stratford Fonds never reaches flows of 36,000gallons per day, what <br /> would the associations attitude be of the Sewer Commission taking over the plant in order to <br /> pick up some other hones in the area? <br /> Mr. Grassetti thinks the association would love for a municipality to take over the plant. John seconded the <br /> motion. 2 members were in favor, o opposed, I abstained(Torn Fudala). <br /> Torn said he is not sure where to go with the pipeline issue. Fields Point is running out of time <br /> before the October town meeting. The Sewer Commission does not have the funds for <br /> consultant to investigate it. <br /> John asked if we have a town engineer? <br /> Torn said we do not. we wIill not have one until next year. The Sewer Commission budget is <br /> only$110. e asked the to other Commission members to think about it. <br /> Toni said the Selectmen will be talking about the New Seabury bankruptcy issue at their next <br /> meeting on Monday. New Seabury is offering land in lieu of taxes. Torn had been asked by Bob <br /> 3 <br />
