Assume the other towns will not do anything. <br /> Phase v-Recommended plan and final report <br /> The remainder is boiler plate RFP, including a timetable,, fee, by each task and evaluation <br /> criteria, <br /> The Cape Cod Commission has organized weekly meetings between the 3 developers with <br /> RI's under review and the Commission staff and town staff to discuss coordination of <br /> transportation, wastewater issues, including the pipeline.
