This RFP will provide that. <br /> Phase I - review data <br /> Phase II- estimate flows from various areas <br /> Phase HI- screening of alternative technologies and techniques. Report to Sewer Commission on <br /> costs,benefits etc. <br /> Phase IV-develop alternative scenarios for reducing nitrogen. <br /> The RFP describes 3 branches of the pipeline and asked for 2 versions of each scenario <br /> . How night other towns(Sandwich,Falmouth, Barnstable) help Mashpee in removing <br /> nitrogen in these watershed. <br /> B. Assume the other towns will not do anything. <br /> Phase v-Recommended plan and final report <br /> The remainder is boiler plate RFP, including a timetable,, fee, by each task and evaluation <br /> criteria, <br /> The Cape Cod Commission has organized weekly meetings between the 3 developers with <br /> RI's under review and the Commission staff and town staff to discuss coordination of <br /> transportation, wastewater issues, including the pipeline. Tom prepared a memo for that <br /> meeting, what he would like the developers to give the town: <br /> - suggests the pipeline be built and the developers pay for design of the pipeline and pay fair <br /> share for construction <br /> tie in additional facilities around town <br /> John made a motion to notify the Selectmen that the Serer Commission would like to <br /> put this RFP out. Toni seconded the motion. -All members were in favor 2- * <br /> Torn will follow up with the Selectmen and will also advise the Board of Health of this. <br />
