John made a motion to elect Torn Fudala as Chairman. Dennis seconded the motion. All members were in favor 3- *John made a motion to elect Dennis al arini as Clerk. Toni seconded the motion. Adl members were in favor r - Torn made a motion to elect John Cahalane as vice Chairman. Dens seconded the motion. All members were in favor 3- Torn met with Brian Howes yesterday. Chatham's project is ahead of Mashpee. 5 of Chatham ernbayments are complete and seat to DEP for internal review. If they are satisfied, draft will go to the town for review and comment. SGS is doing a new watershed reap of Waqu it Bay,was only delivered last Friday. Nitrogen loading is being dome by the Cape Cod Con= s ion and will be complete in July. Toni will review it with then. Tom has spoken to Nate Weeks r : Chatham. He is pleased with the report. He is doing a variety of scenarios including taking out all of the wastewater, what happens to the watershed and looping at dredging alternatives and flushing. They may look at dredging for Mashpee also. Mashpee"s contract calls for 5 alternatives. Dennis thought we already knew dredging would not help with nitrogen. Torn said Steams and Wheeler is looping at it in Chatham. Toni left the meeting with Brian Howes with a decent level of comfort. Mashpee could brew the contract with him but there is no one else to hire to do the estuaries work. The Sewer Commission has not paid him anything yet. Toni expressed his level offrustration.
