Taylor <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Gottlieb at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> MINUTES <br /> Monday December 2, 2019 Regular& Executive Sessions: <br /> Monday December 9, 2019 Regular Session: <br /> Motion made by Selectman Sherman to approve the Regular Session minutes of Monday, <br /> December 2,2019 and the Regular Session minutes of Monday, December 9, 2019 as <br /> presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Selectman Gottlieb,yes Selectman Cotton,yes Selectman O'Hara,yes <br /> Selectman Sherman,yes Selectman Weeden,yes Opposed, none <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Terry Ronhock offered comment on the matter of telecommunications with respect to the pending <br /> lease agreement with Blue Sky Towers for the siting of a monopole at 101 Red Brook Road, <br /> Mashpee. Ms. Ronhock indicated she has obtained petition signatures from 62 residents requesting <br /> the Board of Selectmen cancel the lease agreement for the cell tower project. It was suggested the <br /> Town consider outdoor antenna distribution systems to obtain coverage. New Seabury Country <br /> Club was noted to have the design for the repeater system. Ms. Ronhock asked how this project <br /> could be could be convenient when(2) votes of Town Meeting rejected the placement of cell towers <br /> in residential zones. <br /> In other matters, Ava Costello expressed appreciation to the Board of Selectmen for dedicating <br /> attention to the issues affecting Santuit Pond. Ms. Costello indicated she was not aware of all the <br /> work the Town has done to make this pond useful for those who live in the area. <br /> Ms. Costello as Chair of the Historical Commission also thanked the Board for placing the Town <br /> Seal study on the agenda, and offered to assist the committee in reviewing images stored at the <br /> Archives which may help the committee with this endeavor. <br />
