Taylor <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Collins at 5:30 p.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Popponesset Meeting Room <br /> MINUTES <br /> Discussion and Approval of the Following: Wednesday,January 15, 2020; Thursday,January 16, 2020; <br /> Wednesday,January 22, 2020 <br /> Motion made by Mr. Richardson to approve the minutes for Wednesday, January 15, 2020; <br /> Thursday, January 16, 2020; Wednesday, January 22, 2020, as presented. <br /> Motion seconded by Mr. Gottlieb <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br /> Roll Call Vote: <br /> Mr. Collins, yes Mrs. DeBoer, absent Mr. Gasior, yes <br /> Mr. Gottlieb, yes Mr. Richardson, yes Mr. Sarno, absent Mrs.Thayer, yes <br /> Opposed, none <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> • Discussion and Approval of Capital Improvement Program Funding Sources <br /> The Finance Director has proposed that the following funding sources be used for the Fiscal Year <br /> 2021 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) total of$2,000,692: <br /> • $ 751,950 "Free Cash" revenue Available for Appropriation <br /> • $ 40,000 MCAT (Cable) <br /> • $ 17,742 Recreation Revolving Funds <br /> • $1,191,000 Capital Stabilization <br /> See attached table from the Finance Director, <br /> Ms. Thayer explained that the funding sources will be listed in the motion made at Town Meeting <br /> and due to monies coming out of the Capital Stabilization Fund, a two-thirds majority vote will be <br /> required to pass. <br /> 2 <br />
