They did acknowledge receipt, but it was received past the stated deadline of <br /> November 11th for submittal of a formal restoration/mitigation plan. <br /> Reminder: Upper Quashnet River Restoration kick-off meeting date poll (Horsley Witten Group) <br /> Agent asked if everyone received and responded to the email regarding availability. He will resend <br /> the email for everyone to respond to. <br /> • ADDITIONAL TOPICS: <br /> (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would be <br /> discussed). <br /> HEARINGS: <br /> 6:00 Raymond L. & Christine P. Tetrault, 41 Buccaneer Way. Proposed installation of driveway RDA <br /> and drywells. <br /> Raul Lizardi from Cape & Islands Engineering represented the applicant. He reviewed plans <br /> that involve additions to the existing house, detached garage and new driveways outside of <br /> 100ft jurisdiction of coastal bank. A portion of the proposed driveway lies within 100ft. The <br /> proposed work is happening without actually affecting the coastal bank. Runoff will be <br /> collected in two drywells. Agent asked about the space around the driveway/drywells. Mr. <br /> Lizardi said it's cleared for construction, no proposed structures or patios. There will be <br /> landscaping in some form. Agent asked if driveway within 100ft, is it to be pervious? Mr. <br /> Lizardi answered impervious. Agent asked if there will be any capture of runoff, Mr. Lizardi <br /> said there's no proposed drainage collection. Agent said he would like to see details on the <br /> blank space, if earthen berm, how is it stabilized? Curious why so much separation? Is that <br /> what's needed for construction overreach? Mr. Lizardi said elevation 28 occurs 3ft from end of <br /> parking, from that point to coastal bank the grades slopes backward. 5ft graded for <br /> construction of driveway builds back 1ft of structure, not substantial but is disturbed for <br />
