The Agreement requires <br /> the Developer to construct and operate 39 residential units on the property for affordable housing with the Town <br /> of Mashpee having regulatory oversight via a long-term ground lease to ensure the affordability requirements <br /> are satisfied. <br /> The Agreement has been reviewed and approved by Town Counsel to form. <br />
