Andrews, Chairman Jason R. Streebel, Director of Assessing <br /> Gregg P. Fraser, Vice Chairman <br /> John A. Bartos, Board Member <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairman Andrews called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS — No public comment. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION: None <br /> REGULAR SESSION: <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> • Town Meeting Warrant Article <br /> The Chairman asked the Director how much Overlay was available. Director <br /> Streebel explained that there was approximately $705,000 in overlay and at their <br /> next meeting will be asked to vote on moving $350,000 to Overlay Surplus. At <br /> the Special Town Meeting, if passed, it would be moved from Overlay Surplus to <br /> the Assessors' Revaluation Account. Mr. Streebel explained that there were no <br /> new funds required for this article and that it was only moving from one <br /> assessors' account to another assessors' account for the purposes of defending <br /> values, Appellate Tax Board expenses, appraisals, equipment, etc. <br /> Gregg Fraser motioned to recommend that the Board of Selectmen approve the <br /> proposed warrant article and forward it to the Selectmen's Office for addition to the <br /> warrant. John Bartos seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-3 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes; John Bartos, yes <br /> Additional Topics: None <br /> Next Meeting Date: February 13, 2020 at 6:00 pm <br /> - 1 - <br />
