O'Hara <br /> Attendees: Town Clerk,Deborah Dami <br /> Meeting Called to Order by Chairman Gottlieb at 9:00 a.m. <br /> Mashpee Town Hall, Waquoit Meeting Room <br /> This is a virtual remote meeting with identified participants. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> Discussion and Approval of Town of Mashpee Annual Election Warrant; May 19, 2020: <br /> Members of the Board of Selectmen reviewed the Annual Election Warrant of Tuesday, May 19, 2020 as <br /> presented by the Town Clerk to be held at the Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee <br /> from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. <br /> Deborah Dami, Town Clerk indicated there is a question with regards to formal notification which maybe <br /> required when moving the Annual Election from the Quashnet School to the Mashpee Town Hall without <br /> written notification to all voters. It was therefore recommended Town Counsel be consulted and the <br /> Board of Selectmen consider designating a date in June for the Annual Election with adequate notification <br /> regarding the change of the polling location. <br /> The Board of Selectmen agreed to obtain an opinion from Town Counsel with respect to this regard and <br /> consider at a subsequent meeting to execute the Annual Election Warrant or establish a new date. The <br /> matter was set aside with no action taken at this time. <br /> 2 <br />
