MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> NOVEMBER 13,2019 <br /> The bay areas will be used for storage and some additional office space. The building is <br /> staying the same but they eliminated a stairway on one side of the building. There were <br /> some minor changes made to the exterior. There was a proposed retaining wall on one side <br /> of the building that was eliminated. The plans were sent to Charlie Rowley, Consulting <br /> Engineer because he was involved in the original review of the project and the intermittent <br /> inspections. Charlie has responded to the Board, and in his opinion, this is considered a <br /> minor modification.The tenant would like to occupy the building before January.Attorney <br /> Kirrane believes these changes can be made administratively. <br /> Chairman Furbush read Charlie Rowley's letter dated November 4, 2019. There were no <br /> comments from the Board. <br /> Mr. Goldstein made a motion that the Board approve the modifications with the following <br /> conditions; <br /> 1.
