Various <br /> stakeholders and citizens of the Town will be determining what aspects of the Town is most <br /> vulnerable to climate change. Eventually the Program will make the Town eligible for grant <br /> funding to address these issues. <br /> • Mashpee Community Garden Revitalization Committee Planning and <br /> Management: Update <br /> The board met with Catherine, director of DPW,to discuss next steps. Lawrence Lynch has been <br /> hired to do the demolition of the existing beds. <br /> • DNR and PALS Pond & Estuary Water Quality Monitoring: Update <br /> See CWMP Below <br /> • Quashnet Footbridge: Update <br /> Mary Waygan updated the board on the status of the footbridge. She went over the history of the <br /> project. There is currently $65,000 left in CPA funding for the project, although it may get <br /> reabsorbed back into CPA for wastewater treatment. There will be another crossing on the other <br /> side of Route 151 as part of a larger$22M road project that will essentially serve the functions as <br /> this bridge.
