Chairman, Jonathan D. Furbush, Board Members William A. Blaisdell, <br /> Ronald Bonvie, Associates Sharon Sangeleer and James Reiffarth were present. Building <br /> Inspector, Charlie Maintanis was also present. <br /> Chairman Furbush opened the meeting at 6:00 pm and announced that the hearings were <br /> being televised live on Mashpee TV. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> NEW HEARINGS <br /> 44 Barbary Circle: Owner, Diana M. Leccese requests a Written Finding under §174-17 <br /> of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for changes,extensions or alterations of a pre-existing,non- <br /> conforming single-family structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 96 <br /> Parcel 104G,Mashpee,MA. (Received letter of continuance until January 8,2020 public <br /> hearings). <br /> 44 Barbary Circle: Owner, Diana Leccese requests Variance relief from the side and <br /> front yard setbacks, and lot coverage under §174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for <br /> changes, extensions or alterations of a pre-existing, non-conforming single-family <br /> structure on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 96 Parcel 104G, Mashpee, <br /> MA. (Received letter of continuance until January 8, 2020 public hearings). <br /> Sharon read an email letter into the record from Steve Cook, Cotuit Bay Design dated <br /> December 2, 2019 requesting a continuance until January 8, 2020. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to accept the continuance for both petitions from Steve Cook, <br /> Cotuit Bay Design for 44 Barbary Circle. Mr. Blaisdell seconded. All were in favor. <br /> 6 Quaker Run Road: Petitioner,Frank Masci requests Variance relief from the side yard <br /> setback under§174-31 of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for construction of a shed on property <br /> located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 83 Parcel 214, Mashpee, MA.
