Veronica Warden moved to nominate Mallory Langler as Vice-Chairman. Motion seconded by <br /> Brian Baumgaertel. VOTE: Unanimous(3-0). <br /> Mallory Langler moved to nominate Veronica Warden as Clerk. Motion seconded by Brian <br /> Baumgaertel. VOTE: Unanimous(3-0), <br /> 4. Request for new Stable Permit — Gloria Oleynek, Skybolt Farm, 122 Red Brook Road. Mr: <br /> Harrington.commented that the Board does not require a full manure management plan, but <br /> prefer not to see manure composted on site, <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Veronica Warden moved to grant the Stable <br /> License to Gloria Oleynek, Skybolt Farm, 122 Red Brook Road, with the stipulation that a barn <br /> Inspection be performed, and the applicant clarifies Where the manure will be stored and the <br /> source of water, Motion seconded by Mallory Langler. VOTE: Unanimous(3-0). <br /> 5. Request for new Stable Permit — Lee Hill, Circle H. Farm, 615 Main Street. The applicant <br /> introduced herself for the record. She indicated that,for the past six years,she has been running <br /> the horse program at Camp Farley for her mother-in-law. Her mother-in-law recently left the <br /> program with her horses, and Ms. Hill stated she was asked to continue the program but needs a <br /> place to stable the horses she will be purchasing, Ms. Hill indicated that the camp program will <br /> continue to run eight weeks in the summer but, unlike past practice where the horses were <br /> stabled seasonally at the camp,she will be stabling the horses there year round. Ms. Hill has her <br /> instructor's license and herstate stable license. She stated thatfrost-free Town waterwas hooked <br /> up,doors are on the barn,and the hay area has been enclosed. Ms.Warden requested that Ms. <br /> Hill update her online application to reflectthe source of water and where the manure is disposed, <br /> and reminded Ms. Hill that the barn would have to be inspected by the Animal Inspector prior to <br /> issuance of the permit. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Mallory Langler moved to approve the Stable <br /> License for Lee Hill, Circle H. Farm, 615 Main Street, pending a barn inspection by the Animal - <br /> Inspector: Motion seconded by Veronica Warden. VOTE: Unanimous (3-0). <br /> 6. Review of Request for re-instatement as a registered septic inspector in Mashpee — Michael <br /> Dibuono. Mr. Harrington commented that Mr. DiBuono is back before Board to have his septic <br /> inspector registration reinstated. It was revoked earlier in the year for failure to submit a septic <br /> inspection report and fee. <br /> Michael Dibuono Introduced himself for the record, stating that he did turn in a.hard'copy of the <br /> report promptly, but that is when he learned that the Town no longer accepted hard copies. He <br /> also made a failed attempt to submit the report online. He agreed to follow proper procedure <br /> and submit reports on time'going forward. <br /> There being no further comments or discussion, Mallory Langler moved to reinstate the septic <br /> inspector license for Michael Dibuono. Motion seconded by Veronica Warden. VOTE: Unanimous <br /> (3-0). <br /> 7. Review of Annual Barn Inspection Report. Ms.Warden stated that the Animal Inspector's report <br /> indicated one bat had been collected,but the report did not say whether or not the bat had rabies. <br /> Mr.Harrington said the laboratory is supposed to fax those results to our office,and that he would <br /> follow up with the Animal Inspector to determine if the bat tested positive or negative. <br /> 5' <br />
