MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JANUARY 22,2020 <br /> Charlie, the Building Inspector referred to the bylaw Section 174-24 (B) and 174-25 that <br /> states that this home occupation is allowed in the main building or accessory building if <br /> approved by the Plan Review Committee. <br /> The Board reviewed the floor plans for the garage,'and had a discussion regarding the <br /> accessory use bylaw that is pending approval by the A.G.'s office. <br /> Sharon read the Building Inspector comments dated January 21, 2020 into the record. <br /> George read the Board of Health comments dated January 21,2020 into the record. Sharon <br /> read the Conservation Comments dated January 17, 2020 and pending approval at the <br /> January 23, 2020 meeting. <br /> Ron made a motion that the Board issue a Special Permit to William T. and Kathleen M. <br /> Humphrey under §174-17.1 and §174-25 I (6) of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a <br /> single family dwelling with a two-car detached garage on property located in an R3 Zoning <br /> District, Map 124 Parcel 21, Mashpee, MA with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan — Proposed House: 29 Seconsett Point Road, Prepared for William <br /> Humphrey, Mashpee, MA. Plan Date: November 11, 2019, Plan Scale: 1" = 20', <br /> Revisions in response to Conservation Commission comments: 1/2/20. Project <br /> Number: 19055, Cad File Name: 19055SP,Drawn by: L.M., Sheet 2 of 2. Prepared <br /> by: Falmouth Engineering, signed by: Michael J. Borselli, Civil Engineer No. <br /> 35054. <br /> 3.
