Andrews, Chairman Jason R. Streebel, Director of Assessing <br /> Gregg P. Fraser, Vice Chairman <br /> John A. Bartos, Board Member <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairman Andrews called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS VIA TELECONFRENCE — No public comment. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION: None <br /> REGULAR SESSION: <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> • Request from Director of Assessing to release $350,000 from the <br /> Assessors' Overlay Account to the Overlay Surplus Account to fund the <br /> Assessors' June Town Meeting Warrant Article. <br /> The Board discussed the need to release the overlay to be available for Town <br /> Meeting on Monday June 15, 2020 to fund their warrant article. <br /> Gregg Fraser moved to release $350,000 from the Assessors' Overlay Account to <br /> the Overlay Surplus Account to fund the Assessors' June Town Meeting Warrant <br /> Article. John Bartos seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-3 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes; John Bartos, yes <br /> • Applications for Personal Exemptions: various applicants <br /> Gregg Fraser motioned to deny the Personal Exemption for Elaine J. Avis, 42 Clover <br /> Ln. John Bartos seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Yes-3 <br /> Roll Call Vote: Paul Andrews, yes; Gregg Fraser, yes; John Bartos, yes <br /> - 1 - <br />
