MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> MAY 13,2020 <br /> Mark Ensminger who resides at 17 Cransbourne Circle said that the 10 ft. buffer fell apart <br /> with the Cape Cod Commission, and would only recommend one boat.He believes there's <br /> a State mandate on hours of operation regarding noise restrictions, and believes there's <br /> Federal mandate for handicapped people. <br /> Chairman Furbush asked if there were any last comments. There were no more comments, <br /> and no more phone calls. <br /> Mr. Bonvie mentioned that the motion will be based on two hearings; an extension of the <br /> first session.Mr.Bonvie made a motion to issue a Special Permit to Steven P.Hynds under <br /> §174-24 (C), §174-25 D(1), §174-25 G(6), G(9), G(13) and G(14) of the Zoning Bylaws <br /> to allow for construction of a 9,680 square foot steel building for use as contractor bays, <br /> warehouse, storage, office, (stricken from motion: "and other allowed Special Permit <br /> uses") on property located in an I-1 Zoning District, Map 88 Parcel 27, Mashpee, MA. <br /> (Owner of Record: 11 Industrial Drive,LLC), with the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Special <br /> Permit under Mass General Law 40A Section 9. <br /> 2. Site Plan: Project: 89 Industrial Drive, Mashpee, MA.
