Minutes of Meeting Mashpee Plan Review Committee Tuesday, June 16, 2020 Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room Tom Rullo: Confirmed that the applicant has met with the Deputy Fire Chief regarding changing the fire truck route into the facility which will require some curb cutting difference than before. He would like to see the changes. He asked if the building will be sprinkled. No more comments. Scott Carline: No comments. Rodney Collins: No comments. Glen made a motion to approve the proposal at 100 Willowbend Drive, Southworth Cape Development, Inc. for 6-unit villas, 3-story townhouse with basement that is going to be serviced by the wastewater treatment plant with conditions; • The site plan be checked for the 200 ft. River front distance to the Quaker Run River. • The building requires mitigation for the 50 ft. to the wetlands, and a waiver through Conservation. • Evan's comments to be addressed from his email regarding the height variance, and that the number of units within the special permit. • Building comments be addressed as for the setbacks from wetlands, and that the elevation difference compared to the clubhouse and surrounding buildings be checked as part of the variance. • Curb cuts to be revised and shown on a revised plan to meet Fire Dept. comments. The building will be sprinkled and match the other buildings. Scott Carline, seconded. All were in favor. Other Business: Approve January 21, 2020 Meeting Minutes Tom Rullo made a motion to approve the meeting minutes. Glen, seconded. All were in favor. Charlie made a motion to adjourn. Rodney, so moved.
