Application deadline.All marijuana establishment operators who have established site control are invited to submit the required application and supporting materials to the Town in order to be considered for a Host Community Agreement(HCA). Applications are considered on a rolling basis. 2. Basis for review.The basis for the To n's review and consideration of HCAs is a desire to ensure the highest quality operators who will be partners and collaborators and who thoughtfully manage the real or perceived impacts to the community at large.An operator lacking sufficient experience or capitalization, or other factors could result in a negative impact to the community. . Review Committee.Applications and supporting materials will be reviewed by a committee comprised of.the following(a)the Town Manager or his designee, (b) the Town Planner(c)the Building Commissioner or his designee, (d)the Health Agent or his designee, (e)the Chief of Police or his designee, (f) the Fire Chief or his designee, and g) Town Counsel. 4. Letter of Intent. The letter-should clearly describe the licenses being sought by the Cannabis Control Commission,the address of the proposed site, as well as a point of contact who a designee of the Review Committee can contact to set up a preliminary meeting. Upon receipt of the Letter of Intent a_member of the Review Committee will contact you to propose preliminary meeting dates/times.
