MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 12,2020 <br /> Ron asked Evan if Town Counsel will be providing his decision and written motion to be <br /> shared with the applicant or should they be discussed at the next meeting. <br /> Evan said that he generally provides comments for the Planning Board and applicants. <br /> Jonathan asked Evan to provide the Board and applicants with Town Counsel's comments. <br /> Sharon read the Board of Health comments into the record; "The BOH had previously <br /> approved a larger addition that was to be used for recreational marijuana for this property <br /> so this change needs to go before the BOH in respect to the building permit. The property <br /> and proposed wing additions will be reviewed at the next board meeting on Thursday, <br /> August 20, 2020 at 7:00 pm." <br /> There were no other comments or abutter phone calls. <br /> Ron made a motion to accept the applicant's request to continue the hearing until August <br /> 26,2020. Jim Gould seconded,yes, Scott,yes,Bill, yes,Ron, yes, and Jonathan, yes. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> Vote to approve July 22,2020 Meeting Minutes <br /> Sharon moved to approve the meeting minutes.Bill Blaisdell,seconded.All were in favor. <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would be <br /> discussed.) <br /> Mary Ann to send the Board Members non-disclosure forms for 10 Shorewood Drive. <br /> Jim Reiffarth made a motion to adjourn. Jim Gould seconded.All were in favor to <br /> adjourn.
