MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 12,2020 <br /> Sharon read the Board of Health comments dated August 12,2020 into the record.Jonathan <br /> read an email into the record dated August 12, 2020 from Glen Harrington that was <br /> submitted to the applicant. Sharon read the Conservation Department comment into the <br /> record. <br /> The Board reviewed the elevation plans and noticed that the height of the proposed <br /> structure depicted 35 ft. Charlie said that the building permit will have to maintain the 35 <br /> ft. maximum building height from the average natural grade. <br /> Chairman Furbush had not issues and polled the Board members. Bill Blaisdell had no <br /> issues but mentioned that the motion should indicate the 6 ft. opening for the gym on the <br /> second floor,and that the height of the building be no more than 35 ft.from average natural <br /> grade. George had no comments, and Sharon agreed with the conditions; no issues. <br /> Scott made a motion to approve 16 Popponesset Island Road, Owners, 16 Popponesset <br /> Island Road Realty Trust request for a Special Permit under §174-17.1 and §174-33 <br /> (Setbacks from wetlands) of the Zoning Bylaws to raze and replace a pre-existing, non- <br /> conforming single family dwelling and replace it with a new single family dwelling on <br /> property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 105 Parcel 265-0, Mashpee, MA. <br /> (Jonathan Bernstein, Trustee),with the following conditions. <br /> 1.
