MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> AUGUST 12,2020 <br /> Jonathan read an email sent by Charlie to Tom Bunker dated June 9,2020 into the record. <br /> Charlie read the description of a Written Finding. Jonathan suggested that the Board <br /> discuss the specifics of the bylaws at a later date. <br /> Jonathan read an email from the Conservation Agent dated July 29, 2020 into the record. <br /> There were no comments from the Board of Health. There were no more comments from <br /> the Board, and no comments from abutters. <br /> Ron made a motion to issue a Written Finding to Nancy J. Cleary of 4 Wheelhouse Lane, <br /> under §174-17 (a pre-existing, non-conforming structure) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow <br /> for construction of a stairway on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, (Little Neck <br /> Bay),Map 120 Parcel 155,Mashpee,MA with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Written <br /> Finding under Mass General Law 40A Section 6. <br /> 2.
