<br /> will be 23 ft., and the relief request from the wetlands is 27 ft. The North side
<br /> setback requirement is 15 ft.,the plan depicts is 14.8 ft. the required relief is .2 ft.
<br /> The Southerly side of the property,the required setback is 15 ft. as depicted on the
<br /> plan is 14.2 ft., the required relief is .8 ft.

<br /> from wetlands) of the Zoning Bylaws to allow for raze and replace a three (3) bedroom
<br /> non-conforming residential structure with a new single family residential structure and pool
<br /> on property located in an R-3 Zoning District, Map 124 Parcel 49,Mashpee,MA.
<br /> Sharon read a letter dated August 12,2020 from Attorney Kirrane requesting a continuance
<br /> until September 9, 2020.
<br /> Ron made a motion that the Board accept Attorney Kirrane's letter to postpone 424
<br /> Monomoscoy Road, Owner, Kim Sieurin's requests for a Variance and a Special Permit
<br /> until September 9, 2020.
