Fudala. Mr. Howes suggested that the Commissioners also ask the golf courses if they have any ideas <br /> to resolve the issues. <br /> County Collaborative <br /> Mr. Fudala also stated that usage of the MMR is still unknown. A recent meeting with the County <br /> Collaborative resulted in confirmation that the County will designate Popponessett Bay as a"priority <br /> watershed" and Andy Gottlieb will work toward developing a memorandum of agreement with <br /> Barnstable, Mashpee and Sandwich. Additionally, Mr. Gottlieb will be following up with the <br /> cooperation effort at MNIR. <br /> New Developments/Existing Development Requiring Wastewater Treatment Plants: <br /> As previously discussed, Breezy Acres has decided to develop their own facility. Mashpee Village <br /> will be building their own treatment plant. A potential assisted living facility is being proposed across <br /> the street from Southport and may tie in to the Southport plant. A 120 unit 40B permitted development <br /> is owned by Cape Cod Cooperative Bank and has been placed on the market. <br /> Falmouth Issues: <br /> Mr. Berrelli reported that there were no updates at this time. <br /> Potential USGS Solute Transport Modeling of Wastewater Discharges in Popponessett <br /> Watershed <br /> Mr.Cambareri reported that there were no updates at this time. <br /> Emerging Contaminants of Concern hosted by Silent Spring-February 24 <br /> Mr. Fudala attended the meeting which provided helpful information. <br /> Other Business <br /> Mr. Fudala will schedule meetings with New Seabury and Willowbend. Mr. Fudala also expressed his <br /> preference to move forward with the archeological survey of the Transfer Station site. The next Sewer <br /> Commission meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 30 at 4:30 pm. <br /> Meeting Minutes: <br /> Mr. Berrelli made a motion to approve the minutes of February 9,2010. Mr.Fudala seconded <br /> the motion. All voted unanimously. <br /> MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Mr. Berrelli.
